Addressing Mental Health

The construction industry has its fair share of mental health issues and drug abuse problems. As indicated by recent trends, workers in the construction business have one of the highest suicide rates. Eddison expanded its mental health program in 2019 increase awareness about mental health issues and how our employees can help one another in it and also provide support for our employee’s families. The NABTUS Opioid Task Force works with us. We are trying to lay the foundation of as one of the first companies who cater to our employees, their families and also our client’s mental wellbeing.
