We itemize our final bill
Most contractors prefer to give you a single final price for your design, but this puts you in the dark about what they are charging for each aspect of the job. For illustration, if the original plan calls for wainscot in your restroom, but you decide not to install it, by how much should your bill be credited with for removing that part? With a final price, you have no way to know. But, with us you will receive an itemized bill showing the individual costs for all of the parts of the job including;
- Demolition and hauling trash
- Framing and finish carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- HVAC
- Tiling or other floor covering installations
- Lighting fixtures
- Drywall and painting
This makes it easier to compare our prices with different contractors to see that we are the best. So you can easily figure your options, if you need to cut the design costs. Plus, an itemized bill becomes an important document about the dircetion of your design, which may stop disagreements later on.
